What is Power Vinyasa Yoga?Power Vinyasa Yoga is the linking of breath with powerful and flowing movement. Practiced in a heated room (80-90 degrees) Power Vinyasa Yoga will challenge you mentally and physically building strength, endurance, focus, balance and flexibility. Open to all skill levels. Prepare to challenge your mind and body.
